The Underwood Ranch is located approximately 5 miles north of Robert Lee with access provided by a county maintained caliche road.

The Underwood Ranch is a well located property with good proximity to San Angelo, Abilene, Midland and Odessa. The ranch is located in a valley offering nice views of the hills to the north and offers a nice set of improvements and excellent hunting.

This property is primarily rolling cedar and mesquite country with various drainages and washes that feed in to Mess Box Creek.
