The Stony Hills Ranch is located approximately 8.5 miles north of San Angelo along the east side of Highway 208 in northern Tom Green County. The ranch has approximately 1.2 miles of paved road frontage.

At approximately 811 acres, the Stony Hills Ranch offers the buyer a quality ranch holding within 10 minutes of San Angelo. The ranch has been in the same family for approximately 40 years.
Terrain on the ranch is diverse ranging from rolling to rugged hills with live oak covered draws and valleys. There is a good cover of live oak throughout much of the ranch. Other brush species consist of cedar, shin oak, agarita and other native brush.
This ranch has not been overgrazed and has a good turf of grasses consisting of various gramma grasses, little blue stem, buffalo grass, silver blue stem and other native grasses.
Fences are excellent on the west, north and east boundaries. The southern fence is considered average.
Water is supplied by four water wells. Two are equipped with windmills and two with submersible pumps.
There are some wet weather springs in the northwest portion of the ranch.
The ranch is improved with a 60 x 40 metal barn, a barn for hay storage and two sets of livestock pens.
Additionally, there is a stone and metal cabin with a large porch with good views of San Angelo.
The ranch has a good population of white-tailed deer and turkey and hunting is considered to be excellent.
