Located in the northeast part of Glasscock County, Texas being 27 miles northwest of Sterling City, 5.7 miles of which is by private easement south of U.S. Highway 87.
Gently rolling to level with elevations from 2,700 to 2,748 feet above sea level. Native grasses with woody plants consisting of mesquite and brush, with some cedar. There is a heavy infestation of prickly pear in some areas of the property.
The ranch is watered by two water wells equipped with windmills. The wells are approximately 185 feet deep.
