The Dry Dove Creek Draw Ranch is located in northwestern Schleicher County being approximately 14 miles south of Mertzon, approximately 14 miles northwest of Eldorado and approximately 27 miles south of San Angelo. The ranch is located approximately 2.3 miles south of FM 915 with frontage along the east side of Bootlegger's Lane. The ranch has approximately 3 miles of frontage on Bootlegger's Lane.

The Dry Dove Creek Ranch has been in the same family for many years and very few ranches become available in this area. The ranch has diverse terrain varying from rolling live oak covered hills to level divide country to sloping and level mesquite and cedar country.
Elevations on the ranch range from approximately 2,350 feet above sea level to approximately 2,530 feet above sea level up on the divide.
Dry Dove Creek Draw traverses the ranch from north to south and there are several other drainages on the ranch.
The east portion of the ranch consists of beautiful live oak and shin oak covered hills before it tops out onto the level divide country with a solid turf of tabosa and buffalo grass.
The ranch has been lightly grazed over the years.
Exterior fences are in good condition except for one small portion and there is approximately 3 miles of high-fence game fencing.
Water is provided by three water wells. One well is equipped with an electric submersible pump and the other two are equipped with windmills. This area is known for quality groundwater.
The ranch has a nice set of pipe livestock pens.
This area offers excellent white-tailed deer and turkey hunting.
The Sellers will convey 1/8th of their executive rights, rights to receive bonus and delay rental and royalty with an acceptable offer.
There is currently one existing oil well on the property.
