Water on the ranch is provided by one water well and three dirt tanks. The well is equipped with an electric pump and is piped to the hunters camp and one dirt tank. The well is only used when the dirt tank's levels get low.
The ranch offers good hunting opportunities for white-tail deer, turkey, quail and dove.
The Sellers will convey all owned minerals which is believed to be 25% of the executive rights, 25% of the rights to receive bonuses and delay rentals and 25% of the royalty.
