The Harris River Ranch is located approximately 17 miles northwest of Ballinger along the west side of Farm-to-Market 3115. There is additional frontage on County Road 212 along the property's northern boundary. The property is approximately 31 miles northeast of San Angelo.
The ranch is all native pasture. The northern third of the ranch is gently rolling to rocky country with a moderate cover of mesquite, cedar, agarita and other native
brush. The southern two-thirds is gently rolling country primarily made up of sandy
soils. This portion of the ranch is primarily mesquite and shin oak with an occasional hackberry and liveoak tree. As the ranch breaks off into the Colorado River bottom, it becomes rockier. Elevations range from 1,700 feet to 1,800 feet above sea level.
The property has approximately 1/2 mile of frontage along the north bank of the Colorado River. Additional water is provided by a large dirt tank that is surrounded by several large trees.
This ranch provides excellent deer, turkey and quail habitat.
The property is to be conveyed surface only.
